- Morley College and The Engine Room reserves the right to use submitted work for any Engine Room publicity or marketing materials. The artist retains the copyright.
- A maximum of one entry per artist may be submitted. Additional entries will not be considered.
- Entries found to have been exhibited, performed or entered into other competitions will not be considered.
- Entries cannot be changed once submitted.
- Entries by artists who received a prize in previous The Engine Room competitions will not be considered.
- While all works will be eligible for a prize, Morley reserves the right to select final works for exhibition based on the suitability of the exhibition space.
- Works selected for the exhibition must be available from the agreed delivery date to the agreed collection date inclusive. Works may not be removed during this time.
- Works not collected by the agreed collection date will be disposed of.
- Artists are responsible for delivery/collection (including costs), and, where necessary, the installation of their work.
- Works are submitted at the artist’s risk. Morley Gallery, The Engine Room, or Morley College accept no liability for damage sustained during transit or the exhibition itself.
